Online Group Breathwork Circle

An online gathering for people across the country to breathe together—each in the quiet safety of your own room, yet part of the same collective breathing field.

There’s something quietly powerful about knowing others are moving through their own process at the same moment, without anyone needing to perform or be seen. You stay completely sovereign in your private space; the group simply holds a steady, shared presence.

This is not passive breathing. This is BreathWORK. It asks something of your body.

You may feel strong physical sensations: tetany, shift in body temperature, sweating, tingling all over, surges of energy, even dream-like visual moments. It can feel uncomfortable, or straight-up effortful at times.

But, when we meet those sensations without pushing them away or forcing a “nice” experience, something profound can happen. You’re not chasing a high—you’re giving your nervous system the conditions to shift out of fight/flight and back into rest-and-digest.

Again and again, I've watched people discover it’s profoundly worth it. The release that follows, the clarity, the deep return to themselves—these are the gifts on the other side. Many leave feeling more at peace than they have in a long time. I’ve seen it, I’ve felt it, and I know you can do this.

The full flow (90 minutes total):

  • Welcome & grounding (5–10 min) A clear arrival, explanation of the breathwork, and how the session will unfold so you know what to expect.

  • Conscious connected breathing (~25–28 min) The heart of the practice: steady, connected breathing that invites deep release. You’ll be guided clearly and precisely. This is where the real work happens—no forcing, but no bypassing either.

  • The big release yell (~30 seconds) A powerful, consensual vocal release—let it out fully. (Quick note: If anyone else is home, let them know ahead of time that you’ll be doing a loud, intentional yell so it doesn’t sound like distress.)

  • Rest & integration song (~3–4 min) A quiet song plays while I go completely silent. You rest, feel, let the body settle. No talking, no cues—just space to land.

  • Two short guided visualizations (~12–15 min total)

    1. Heart moments — Bring to mind a beautiful memory or moment you’re grateful for, then draw it into your heart and let it expand.

    2. Time machine meditation (my personal favorite) — See yourself as a child, offer that younger self love and kind words of affirmation. Then turn toward your future self and receive whatever wisdom or presence wants to come through.

  • Side-lying rest (~5–8 min) Roll onto your side, stay with whatever is present, let everything integrate.

  • Closing circle (~10–20 min) Optional sharing (voice or chat). Zero pressure to speak—your silence is just as welcome and valuable. At the same time, this space celebrates vulnerability. When someone chooses to share honestly, it often quietly helps others feel safer to open. Let your truth shine if it feels right.

We aim to stay within 90 minutes, but late arrivals or longer shares can extend the session slightly. Setting aside a full 90 minutes (with a little buffer) keeps everything un-rushed.

What you’ll need in your space:

  • A comfortable spot on the floor with a yoga mat or thick blanket

  • No pillow under your head — keep your head aligned with your spine for easier breathing

  • Good headphones (essential for clear guidance and music)

  • A closed door for privacy

  • Cup of water nearby

  • Blanket or pillow under your knees for low-back comfort

  • Optional: eye mask if your room is bright

These sessions are for anyone who wants the depth of breathwork but:

  • struggles to carve out time to travel to a studio

  • feels more at ease exploring intense emotion or sensation in the privacy of their own space

  • has a specific intention or sensitivity that could get lost in a shared physical room

  • wants the support of a collective field without needing to be seen or perform

You stay fully in charge of your experience—private, protected, and still quietly connected to something larger.

This work can be demanding. It can also be deeply transformative. If you’re ready to meet whatever shows up and see what’s possible on the other side, I’d be truly honored to hold that space and guide you through it.

With love & gratitude, Tai Pfeifer
